Information processed when you contact us
The contact form asks for your name, email address and message. Company and area of interest are optional. The application validates the fields and sends the submission by email to info@24signal.cloud; the handler does not save those form fields in the application database. Email delivery uses the SMTP relay configured for the service. Its provider and processing location are not identifiable from the public application code.
For abuse prevention, the contact handler temporarily uses the request IP address in application memory. It permits up to three contact submissions per IP in a rolling ten-minute window; timestamps older than 600 seconds are disregarded the next time the limiter runs. The limiter is not written by that handler to the application database.
We use contact details to read and answer the request and to protect the form from abuse. The intended legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling voluntary enquiries and maintaining a usable, secure contact channel (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). The controller should document the balancing assessment for this interest.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics, measurement ID G-ZZQPPNDS7H, is not loaded until you explicitly allow analytics in the consent controls. If you refuse or later withdraw permission, the tag is not loaded on subsequent pages and the site attempts to remove Google Analytics cookies it can access. Analytics consent is the intended legal basis (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)); you can withdraw it using “Cookie settings” in the footer or the fixed settings control.
The Google Analytics account's data-retention setting, data-sharing options and processing locations are not exposed to this website's code and have not been verified. Google may receive information when you consent and the tag runs. The exact cookie names and expiry depend on the active Google Analytics configuration and browser.
Storage and technical information
Your analytics choice is stored in this browser's local storage under 24signal-privacy-choice-v1 so the site can remember it. It remains until you change the choice or clear browser storage. The public pages may also be served through hosting and network infrastructure. The provider identities, server-log fields and their retention settings are not available in the application code and are not specified here.
Retention
The contact handler creates no application-database copy of submitted fields. The mailbox and SMTP relay may retain the email and backups under settings that are not visible to the website code; the controller must verify those settings and apply a deletion schedule. Google Analytics event retention is controlled in the Analytics property and must be checked by its account owner. We do not state an unverified fixed period.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR's conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time; this does not affect processing before withdrawal. Given the stated operator address in Bavaria, the authority for the private sector is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA). Contact the controller by email to exercise these rights.
